Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar is currently missing out on the cricketing action as the 28-year-old is suffering from back injury, which he aggravated during the third ODI of the series against England.
During his off-time, he is working hard to be fit for the Asia Cup, which will be played next month. Team India’s tour of England is scheduled to end on September 11 while the Asia Cup will begin from September 15, with Men in Blue set to play their first game on September 18.
Recently, Bhuvi spent his time at home where he celebrated his wife Nupur Nagar’s birthday. He also shared a heartfelt message for his wife on Instagram, which read as, “The best parts of my day r the times spent with u. There is so much to like abt u, complimenting would take longer than ever. Happy birthday to the love of my life.” The couple tied the knot in the month of November last year.
Bhuvneshwar and Nupur’s love story has been quite an absorbing one. They knew each other from a very young age and lived close to each other in the locality. Their parents took some time to accept their marriage but eventually they did.
“I know her since childhood. We used to stay in the same colony. We have known each other since we were 12-13 years old. Other thing was we stayed next to each other. It was like if I throw stone from my house, it will swing to her house. Parents took some time but they accepted,” Bhuvi said during an interview.
