Cricket fraternity wishes Gautam Gambhir on his 37th birthday

Twitter was flooded with wishes on Sunday (October 14) as former Team India opener Gautam Gambhir turned 37.

Gambhir, who was the unsung hero of India’s 2007 T20 World Cup & 2011 ODI World Cup triumph, made his international debut against Bangladesh on April 11, 2003, at Dhaka. He scored 11 runs in that ODI match which team India by 200 runs.

Gautam Gambhir has represented India in 58 Test matches and scored 4154 runs with the help of 22 half-centuries and nine tons.

The Delhi lad has also guided Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) franchise to two IPL titles.

Gambhir has donned the blue jersey for India in 147 ODI matches and clubbed 5238 runs by scoring 34 fifties and 11 hundreds.
